Nestled in the Victorian spa town of Bridge of Allan, Allanwater Brewhouse has been brewing and pouring since 1996. The multi award-winning microbrewery and real ale pub prides itself not only on offering great beer, informative tours and live acoustic music, but on the warmth of its welcome. The highly trained team greet everyone, locals and tourists alike, with a friendly smile.
OUTSTANDING SCOTTISH HOSPITALITY
Brewhouse owner Douglas Ross said: “We see it as our privilege to give each and every one of our valued guests a unique and unforgettable experience. We welcome you to join us for a pint by our log burning fire and soak up the friendly atmosphere. Customer satisfaction is our number one goal at all times, achieving this not only in a professional manner but with warmth and personality.”
In 2013 Allanwater Brewhouse won ‘Best Tourism Business’ at the Stirling Business awards and was shortlisted for Visit Scotland’s Thistle Award for ‘Scotland’s Friendliest Pub’ in 2017. The brewery is also recognised in Trip Advisor’s Hall of Fame.
Douglas added: “We like to know what our guests think and keep a visitor’s book. It’s full of amazing comments from people from all over the world on what a wonderful experience they’ve had while visiting the brewhouse and that, to us, is the biggest reward for all our hard work.”
