Are you a freelance operator, self-starter or entrepreneur, and do you see yourself leading a game changing project in hospitality and tourism?  If so, then read on because this opportunity should get you motivated.

Rural hospitality and tourism has been hit very hard by staff shortages which is leading many businesses to curtail their trading and in some cases close altogether.

If nothing is done to try and mitigate the effects, we could be facing an existential crisis in the industry.

This project aims to drive a culture change in hospitality and tourism and raise the bar when it comes to employee wellbeing, benefits, and training.

How?

In summary, by creating an easy to access, off the shelf package that will be offered to employers for a modest fee, to benefit their employees.

We aim to do this by launching a pilot project in the Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park Authority area.

You would be the person bringing the concept to life and working alongside the Project Director to establish it as a validated and valued asset within the industry.

You will need resilience, a background in hospitality and/or tourism and preferably some experience of project management, but most of all a passion to see the Industry thrive.
