Learn the ancient art of fermentation.
Fermenting is an ancient way to preserve foods but it is with our modern lense that we have discovered just how beneficial it is for our bodies, having a positive effect on gut health, mental health and the immune system. This is a hands-on workshop where we will be making a couple of ferments to take away with us.
This is a hand-on workshop where you will make ferments to take away with you.
We kindly ask participants to bring 4 jars plastic bag to take the ferments away (in case of leakage). This enables us to keep the costs low and encourages the re-use of old jars.
