Forth Valley Five

Introducing Forth Valley Five

We’re turning five and to celebrate we’re launching Forth Valley Five: an exciting new pledge campaign supporting our local food heroes.

We’re calling on cafés, restaurants, shops and hospitality businesses to commit to featuring at least five locally produced food or drink items on their menus or shelves.

We don’t expect you to reach all five straight away — it’s a journey, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.

From craft gin and locally roasted coffee to handmade preserves and small-batch bakes, this campaign is all about making it easier for customers to buy and enjoy the best of Forth Valley while shining a spotlight on the businesses that make it happen.
